Strong Workflow

  1. Confirm the brand voice and visual direction.
  2. Generate or review the draft.
  3. Check the CTA and platform fit.
  4. Review the image.
  5. Approve, revise, or reject.
  6. Confirm the scheduled result.

What To Watch Closely

  • tone drift
  • weak or confusing CTA language
  • image and brand mismatch
  • repeated low-value post ideas
  • content that is too generic for the client
  • a warn-level Logs tab event naming a skipped platform — it means that platform's GHL connection lapsed (commonly Meta/Instagram token expiry) and needs reconnecting under Social Accounts
  • on the Posts tab, a "Held · cadence" badge is not a problem — it's a Google Business Profile post waiting for the next posting-cadence window, and it publishes on its own. Only a "Draft · needs attention" badge means a publish actually failed and needs a look
