User Guide
Getting Started
Your first steps in user mode inside Affinity
What User Mode Means
User mode is for the operator working inside one business workspace.
You are not using the owner-facing client portal. You are using the working view that helps you manage one client record, review agents, use tools, and track your own usage.
What Makes It Different
User mode now looks much closer to the real operating surface.
The main areas are:
- Dashboard
- Client Overview
- Agents
- Assets
- Opportunities
- Reports
- Tools
- Settings
Best First Steps
- Open Dashboard to check current performance and activity.
- Open Client Overview to confirm core details, status, and connections.
- Open Agents to see active agents and available agent workspaces.
- Open Assets to review websites, media, knowledge files, and Google Business data.
- Open Opportunities to review new lead activity.
- Open Tools when you want to use Command, SEO, Brand Studio, Website Builder, or other operator tools.
- Open AI Usage to track your own self-serve consumption.
