What Agents Means In User Mode

User mode gives you access to the agent workspaces that are available for the business.

The important rule is simple:

you are not limited by a separate agent unlock list here, but your own usage still matters and is tracked through AI Usage.

Live Agents First

The strongest agent tutorials should start with the live agents:

  • Phone Agent
  • Social Media Agent

Other agent types may appear in beta or alpha depending on the workspace, but the live workflows should usually get your attention first.

What The Agents Area Helps You Do

Use it to:

  • open the right live workspace
  • monitor performance
  • compare outputs to business goals
  • decide when a setup, prompt, or connection needs work

Common Agent Types You May See

AgentMain JobCurrent Expectation
Phone AgentHandle calls, qualify leads, and book appointmentsMost important live workflow for call-driven businesses
Social Media AgentDraft and manage ongoing social contentStrong review and approval workflow
SEO AgentImprove search visibility over timeMay be more review-heavy depending on setup
Google Ads AgentSupport paid search workflowsOften still more operator-guided than the live call or social flows

Best Workflow

  1. Open the agent that matches the business problem.
  2. Review live output before changing setup.
  3. Check related pages like Opportunities, Call History, or Reports.
  4. Change one thing at a time when something looks off.
