Opportunities

Review lead opportunities and understand what needs follow-up

What Opportunities Is For

Opportunities is the working list for new lead activity.

Use it to answer:

  • Which leads are new?
  • Which ones need follow-up?
  • Which agent or source created them?
  • Which ones turned into bookings or closed work?

This page matters most when you are trying to keep leads from going cold.

What To Look At First

Start with:

  • newest opportunities
  • stage or status
  • source
  • assigned agent or workflow
  • signs of follow-up or no follow-up

Best Daily Workflow

  1. Review new opportunities first.
  2. Check which ones still need action.
  3. Look for missed follow-up patterns.
  4. Confirm whether leads became bookings.
  5. Escalate weak patterns to the right agent or connection workflow.

What Good Opportunity Review Helps You Catch

  • leads piling up with no next step
  • one source creating weak-quality leads
  • bookings dropping even though lead count looks fine
  • connection or automation issues hiding behind a sales problem

Good Next-Step Rules

  • need better follow-up -> check Agents
  • need stronger context -> check Client Overview or Assets
  • need better website conversion -> check Website Builder
  • need to understand the numbers -> check Reports
