Dashboard

Understand the user-mode dashboard and what it is trying to tell you

What The Dashboard Is For

Dashboard is the fastest way to understand the current state of the business you are working on.

Use it to check:

  • traffic
  • calls
  • bookings
  • leads
  • current plan status
  • recent actions

What Makes It Useful In User Mode

User mode is more operational than client mode.

That means the dashboard is not just for status. It helps you decide what page to open next.

Examples:

  • traffic issue -> open websites or SEO
  • no bookings -> check agents, opportunities, or connections
  • account issue -> check billing or settings

Best Quick Scan

Use this order:

  1. Review the four main metric cards.
  2. Check the recent actions feed.
  3. Decide which workspace needs attention next.

That turns the dashboard into a control panel, not just a status page.

Good Next-Step Rules

  • traffic or ranking issue -> Websites & SEO
  • low lead quality -> Opportunities
  • weak booking flow -> Agents or Client Overview > Connections
  • missing context or files -> Assets
  • spending question -> Billing or AI Usage
