Your Account & Settings
Managing your profile, portal preferences, agent status, and integrations
Account Overview
Your account page shows key information about your setup:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Account ID | Your unique identifier on the platform |
| Status | Active, paused, or other |
| Assigned agent | Which AI agent handles your calls |
| Phone number | Your dedicated business number |
Profile Settings
You can update your profile details directly through the portal — no one else needs to make these changes for you:
- Business name and contact info — Settings → Profile
- Account metadata — custom fields you've set up for your account
Your Account ID is fixed. Your phone number can be changed from Settings → Agents, subject to number availability with your telephony provider.
Portal Navigation
Your portal sidebar shows the sections available on your plan. Common sections:
| Section | What You'll Find |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Key metrics at a glance |
| Command | AI assistant for operations |
| Agents | Your AI agent configuration and status |
| Assets | Your media and file library |
| Websites | Website status and SEO |
| Knowledge Base | Documents that inform your AI |
| Reports | Monthly performance reports |
| Billing | Your subscription and payment history |
| Settings | Account preferences and integrations |
You control which sections appear from Settings → Features. Some sections may require a plan upgrade — check Billing for details.
Google Drive Integration
Connect your Google Drive to sync assets and documents with the platform:
- Go to Settings → Google Drive
- Click Connect and authorize access
- Select the folders you want to sync
- Configure sync direction (one-way or two-way)
What Syncs
| Direction | What Happens |
|---|---|
| Google Drive → Platform | Assets from selected folders appear in your Asset Library |
| Platform → Google Drive | Reports and exports can be saved to your Drive |
Folder Configuration
- Choose specific folders to sync rather than your entire Drive
- Sync runs automatically on a schedule you configure
- You can trigger a manual sync from Settings at any time
Agent Status
The Agents section shows:
- Active agents — AI agents currently handling calls for you
- Agent configuration — Which agent handles which scenario
- Phone numbers — Numbers assigned to your agents
You configure agent behavior — prompts, voices, routing rules — yourself from Agents → Configuration. See Agents & Call Handling for details.
Custom Variables
Your account may have custom variables used by your AI agent and workflows. These are key-value pairs that the agent references during conversations:
- Business hours
- Service areas
- Special instructions
- Pricing information
You can view and update these from Settings → Variables.
Security
- Your portal access is authenticated and encrypted
- Sessions expire after a period of inactivity (platform default — configurable in Settings → Security)
- You can enable two-factor authentication yourself in Settings → Security
- If you suspect unauthorized access, contact Support immediately
