Managing your profile, portal preferences, agent status, and integrations

Profile Settings

You can update your profile details directly through the portal — no one else needs to make these changes for you:

  • Business name and contact info — Settings → Profile
  • Account metadata — custom fields you've set up for your account

Your Account ID is fixed. Your phone number can be changed from Settings → Agents, subject to number availability with your telephony provider.

Portal Navigation

Your portal sidebar shows the sections available on your plan. Common sections:

You control which sections appear from Settings → Features. Some sections may require a plan upgrade — check Billing for details.

Google Drive Integration

Connect your Google Drive to sync assets and documents with the platform:

  1. Go to SettingsGoogle Drive
  2. Click Connect and authorize access
  3. Select the folders you want to sync
  4. Configure sync direction (one-way or two-way)

What Syncs

DirectionWhat Happens
Google Drive → PlatformAssets from selected folders appear in your Asset Library
Platform → Google DriveReports and exports can be saved to your Drive

Folder Configuration

  • Choose specific folders to sync rather than your entire Drive
  • Sync runs automatically on a schedule you configure
  • You can trigger a manual sync from Settings at any time

Agent Status

The Agents section shows:

  • Active agents — AI agents currently handling calls for you
  • Agent configuration — Which agent handles which scenario
  • Phone numbers — Numbers assigned to your agents

You configure agent behavior — prompts, voices, routing rules — yourself from Agents → Configuration. See Agents & Call Handling for details.

Custom Variables

Your account may have custom variables used by your AI agent and workflows. These are key-value pairs that the agent references during conversations:

  • Business hours
  • Service areas
  • Special instructions
  • Pricing information

You can view and update these from SettingsVariables.

Security

  • Your portal access is authenticated and encrypted
  • Sessions expire after a period of inactivity (platform default — configurable in Settings → Security)
  • You can enable two-factor authentication yourself in Settings → Security
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, contact Support immediately
