QR Codes

Create tracked QR codes for specific websites, pages, and campaigns

What QR Codes Are For

The QR Codes tool helps you create scannable links for printed and digital campaigns.

Use it when you want to track where scans come from and send people to the right page.

What You Need First

Before the tool works well, make sure you have:

  • the correct client workspace
  • the correct website selected
  • a landing page or destination URL ready
  • a clear campaign purpose

Best Workflow

  1. Select the workspace.
  2. Select the website.
  3. Choose the destination page or tracked link.
  4. Generate the QR code.
  5. Download or share it.
  6. Watch scan results later.

QR code generation starts only after a client and website are selected, so website selection is part of the setup, not an optional step.

Good Use Cases

  • flyers
  • postcards
  • storefront signs
  • event handouts
  • service vehicle decals
  • print ads that should send people to one focused page

Best Landing Page Habit

Do not send every QR code to your homepage.

Instead, send people to the page that matches the campaign:

  • offer page
  • booking page
  • contact page
  • location page
  • specific service page

What To Track

After launch, review:

  • which campaign the QR code belonged to
  • which website it pointed to
  • whether scans turned into calls, forms, or bookings
  • whether the landing page matched the printed message

Common Mistakes

  • picking the wrong website
  • linking to a weak destination page
  • using one QR code for too many campaigns
  • printing before testing the scan

Quick Test Before Printing

Always test the code on a real phone:

  1. Scan it once yourself.
  2. Confirm it opens the right page.
  3. Confirm the page works well on mobile.
  4. Confirm the offer or CTA is easy to understand.
