Reports

Review monthly performance, understand what changed, and decide what to work on next

What Reports Are For

Reports turn activity into a readable business story.

Use this page when you want to understand what changed over a time period, not just what is happening right now.

Dashboard Versus Reports

Use:

  • Dashboard for the current snapshot
  • Reports for a fuller monthly or period-based review

Best Way To Read A Report

  1. Start with the summary.
  2. Check traffic, leads, calls, and bookings.
  3. Compare this period to the last one.
  4. Review the work that happened during that time.
  5. Pick the next action based on what changed.

Questions Reports Should Help You Answer

  • What improved?
  • What dropped?
  • Which work seems to be helping?
  • What still needs attention?
  • What should we prioritize next?

Best Follow-Up Moves

  • website issue -> Websites & SEO
  • lead quality issue -> Opportunities
  • weak booking flow -> Agents
  • unclear business context -> Client Overview

Good Habit

Do not only read the top number.

Read the summary, the trend, and the likely reason together. That is what turns a report into a useful decision.
