Some fields like your Client ID and phone number are managed by your agency. Contact them to request changes.

  1. Go to SettingsGoogle Drive
  2. Click Connect and authorize access
  3. Select the folders you want to sync
  4. Configure sync direction (one-way or two-way)

Agent Status

The Agents section shows:

  • Active agents — AI agents currently handling calls for you
  • Agent configuration — Which agent handles which scenario
  • Phone numbers — Numbers assigned to your agents

Agent configuration (prompts, voices, routing rules) is managed by your agency. If you need changes to how your agents behave, contact them directly.

Custom Variables

Your account may have custom variables used by your AI agents and workflows. These are key-value pairs that agents reference during conversations:

  • Business hours
  • Service areas
  • Special instructions
  • Pricing information

You can view and update these from SettingsVariables.

Security

  • Your portal access is authenticated and encrypted
  • Sessions expire after a period of inactivity (set by your agency)
  • Two-factor authentication may be enabled by your agency for additional security
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, contact your agency immediately
