Your Account & Settings
Managing your profile, portal preferences, agent status, and integrations
Account Overview
Your account page shows key information about your setup:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Client ID | Your unique identifier on the platform |
| Status | Active, paused, or other |
| Assigned agent | Which AI agent handles your calls |
| Phone number | Your dedicated business number (if configured) |
Profile Settings
You can update certain profile details through the portal:
- Business name and contact info — via your agency or in Settings
- Client metadata — custom fields your agency has set up for your account
Some fields like your Client ID and phone number are managed by your agency. Contact them to request changes.
Portal Navigation
Your portal sidebar shows the sections your agency has enabled. Common sections:
| Section | What You'll Find |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Key metrics at a glance |
| Command | AI assistant for operations |
| Agents | Your AI agent configuration and status |
| Assets | Shared media and file library |
| Websites | Website status and SEO |
| Knowledge Base | Documents that inform your AI |
| Reports | Monthly performance reports |
| Billing | Invoices and payment history |
| Settings | Account preferences and integrations |
Your agency controls which sections appear in your portal. If something is missing, ask your agency to enable it.
Google Drive Integration
Connect your Google Drive to sync assets and documents with the platform:
- Go to Settings → Google Drive
- Click Connect and authorize access
- Select the folders you want to sync
- Configure sync direction (one-way or two-way)
What Syncs
| Direction | What Happens |
|---|---|
| Google Drive → Platform | Assets from selected folders appear in your Asset Library |
| Platform → Google Drive | Reports and exports can be saved to your Drive |
Folder Configuration
- Choose specific folders to sync rather than your entire Drive
- Sync runs automatically on a schedule set by your agency
- You can trigger a manual sync from Settings at any time
Agent Status
The Agents section shows:
- Active agents — AI agents currently handling calls for you
- Agent configuration — Which agent handles which scenario
- Phone numbers — Numbers assigned to your agents
Agent configuration (prompts, voices, routing rules) is managed by your agency. If you need changes to how your agents behave, contact them directly.
Custom Variables
Your account may have custom variables used by your AI agents and workflows. These are key-value pairs that agents reference during conversations:
- Business hours
- Service areas
- Special instructions
- Pricing information
You can view and update these from Settings → Variables.
Security
- Your portal access is authenticated and encrypted
- Sessions expire after a period of inactivity (set by your agency)
- Two-factor authentication may be enabled by your agency for additional security
- If you suspect unauthorized access, contact your agency immediately
