Manage portal-level settings, referrals, and approved account connections

What Settings Is For

Settings is the place for account-level controls that do not belong to one website, one report, or one invoice.

In client mode, that often includes:

  • referral or affiliate settings
  • approved account connections
  • simple portal preferences

This is the page to open when the question is about account setup, not daily content work.

Connections You May See

Some client accounts can connect services such as:

  • GoHighLevel
  • Google Drive

Your exact options depend on what your agency enabled.

What These Connections Usually Affect

Connections can affect things like:

  • data sharing
  • file access
  • lead or CRM syncing
  • what your agency tools are allowed to see or use

Notifications

The portal has a notification bell that surfaces alerts across five categories:

CategoryCovers
LeadsAppointments booked, website form submissions, weekly lead summary
BillingUpcoming renewals, overdue invoices, failed payments
Intelligence CreditsLow balance and exhausted balance warnings
ConnectionsThird-party connections that have expired or are expiring soon
ReportsDigest-style weekly summaries

From Settings → Notifications you can turn push notifications on or off overall, or per category. Overdue invoices, failed payments, and expired connections can also reach you by Critical SMS — turn it on and confirm the phone number that should receive those texts.

Push notifications only arrive on a device where you've installed the portal app and allowed notifications — see below.

Install the Portal as an App

The portal can be installed as an app for a full-screen experience without browser chrome:

  • Android and desktop — an Install app prompt appears in the portal; tap Install.
  • iOS (Safari only) — Safari doesn't support one-tap install, so use Share → Add to Home Screen. The portal shows a coach with these exact steps the first time you visit on an eligible device.

Once installed, your dashboard's setup checklist walks you through enabling notifications and adding a phone number for Critical SMS alerts.

AI Image Generation

Command can generate AI images and logos on request. Settings shows your account's current policy:

OptionBehavior
Always allowedCommand generates images right away without asking each time.
Ask first (default)Command checks with you before generating an AI image.
DisabledCommand checks with you before generating an AI image for this account.

Only Always allowed skips the approval step — both Ask first and Disabled require Command to check with you first.

This setting is account-wide, not per login — a team member with restricted access can also change it from their own Overview page, and whoever saves last is the value that applies.

Best Habit In Settings

Only change what you understand.

If a setting affects lead flow, reporting, or shared files, confirm the purpose before disconnecting or replacing anything.
