Reports is where you review the story behind your numbers.

Use it to understand:

  • website traffic changes
  • booking and lead trends
  • call performance
  • campaign or local visibility movement
  • monthly summaries from your agency

Reports is where the raw activity gets turned into a business explanation.

Dashboard Versus Reports

Use:

  • Dashboard for a quick live snapshot
  • Reports for a fuller monthly review

Best Way To Read A Report

Go in this order:

  1. Read the summary first.
  2. Check traffic, calls, leads, and bookings.
  3. Look for changes from the last period.
  4. Review what was worked on.
  5. Write down any questions or next actions.

What Good Reports Usually Help You Answer

  • What improved this month?
  • What stayed flat?
  • What needs attention next?
  • Did recent work actually move the numbers?
  • Where should we focus next month?

What To Do After Reading

Use the report to decide your next conversation:

  • website performance question -> open Assets > Websites
  • lead or booking issue -> open Agents or AI Usage
  • invoice or service question -> open Billing
  • strategy question -> bring the report notes to your agency check-in
