Agents

Review the live agents your agency manages for your business

What Agents Means In Client Mode

In client mode, Agents is mainly for visibility.

It helps you:

  • see which agents are active for your business
  • review performance at a high level
  • understand what type of work each agent handles

Your agency usually manages setup, editing, and advanced tuning.

Live Agents First

The most mature agent experiences today are:

  • Phone Agent
  • Social Media Agent

You may also see other agents in testing or rollout phases, but your portal should focus first on the agents that are actually active for your business.

What To Look For On This Page

Use the Agents area to answer:

  • Which agents are live right now?
  • What job is each one handling?
  • Does performance look healthy?
  • Do I need to give feedback to my agency team?

Best Review Workflow

  1. Check which agents are live.
  2. Review the main result each agent is meant to produce.
  3. Look for signs that the output is healthy.
  4. Open the related detail page if something seems off.

Simple Agent Status Guide

StatusWhat it usually means
LiveThe agent is active and should be producing real work
BetaThe workflow exists but may still be improving
AlphaEarly testing stage, usually not the main client-facing workflow

Best Client Habit

Judge an agent by patterns, not one moment.

Look for repeated wins or repeated problems, then share clear feedback with your agency.
