Dashboard

Understand the main client portal dashboard and what each card means

What The Dashboard Is For

Dashboard is your high-level overview. It helps you answer three fast questions:

  1. Is my account active?
  2. Is my website and agent activity moving in the right direction?
  3. What changed recently?

If you only have a minute, this is the page to open first.

What You Will See

The top of the page usually shows:

  • your business name
  • contract or billing status
  • website count
  • a quick summary sentence about what the portal is tracking

Below that, the main metric cards focus on:

CardWhat it means
TrafficWebsite traffic data from connected analytics tools
CallsCall activity tied to your live phone agent setup
BookingsAppointments or completed booking actions
LeadsNew lead activity collected through your connected systems

How To Read The Page Quickly

Use this order:

  1. Check the status badges at the top.
  2. Review the four main metric cards.
  3. Check the plan card for billing or contract context.
  4. Read the recent actions feed.

That gives you both the business snapshot and the latest changes without opening five other pages.

Why Traffic Might Say N/A

Traffic can show N/A when website analytics are not connected yet.

This usually means your site still needs:

  • GA4
  • Google Search Console

When that happens, the dashboard should also explain what is missing so you know the next step.

Why Calls, Bookings, Or Leads May Look Empty

For some accounts, these cards stay quiet until your first live agent is active.

That does not always mean something is wrong. It can simply mean:

  • your first agent is not live yet
  • your booking flow is not connected yet
  • your lead sources are still being set up

What The Plan Card Is Really For

The plan card is not just a billing widget. It helps you confirm:

  • whether your contract is active
  • whether a payment method is on file
  • whether services are attached
  • whether anything looks delayed or out of sync

If something feels off there, open Billing for the full detail.

Current Plan Area

The plan card is the quick billing snapshot. It can show:

  • contract status
  • card status
  • billing currency
  • outstanding balance
  • next invoice timing
  • attached services
  • active discounts

Use this card for a quick check. Use Billing for the full picture.

Recent Actions Feed

The recent activity feed shows the latest important changes across your account, such as:

  • website updates
  • content changes
  • agent activity
  • report or asset changes

This is often the fastest way to see what your agency changed without opening several pages.

Best "What Do I Do Next?" Rules

Use these simple next steps:

  • traffic issue -> open Assets > Websites or Websites & SEO
  • questions about current work -> open Orders
  • questions about agent activity -> open Agents
  • invoice or payment question -> open Billing
  • "what changed?" -> read the recent actions feed first

Dashboard is meant to orient you quickly. It is the summary page, not the place for every detail.
