Social Media Agent
Review social content, approvals, assets, and publishing activity in client mode
What This Page Is For
The Social Media Agent helps create and organize social content for your business.
In client mode, your main job is usually to:
- review content
- approve public-facing posts
- check what is scheduled
- confirm that the brand still sounds right
This is less about writing posts yourself and more about making sure the public output is right.
What You May Review
| Area | What to look for |
|---|---|
| Scheduled posts | What is going out and when |
| Draft posts | Content waiting for review or revision |
| Visual assets | Images, brand material, and reusable files |
| Published posts | What has already gone live |
Best Review Workflow
- Check the next scheduled posts first.
- Review any drafts waiting for approval.
- Confirm the image, tone, and CTA.
- Ask for changes only where they matter.
Approval Flow
- A draft is created.
- You review the wording and image.
- You approve it, request changes, or decline it.
- Approved content is scheduled or published through the connected workflow.
Real Photos vs. Designed Graphics
Some businesses have their agent set up to use real, untouched photos and videos for some or all posts instead of an AI-designed graphic — this is called Raw Input Mode. If you see a post using a plain, unedited photo or video, that's expected and working as intended. The caption is still written by AI, but the photo or video itself is exactly what was uploaded to the media library. Review it the same way: does the caption match what's actually in the photo or video, and does it still sound like your business?
Best Client Habit
Check for three things before approving:
- the message is true
- the tone sounds like your business
- the image matches the brand
Signs The Workflow Is Healthy
- posts sound like the business
- visuals match the brand
- the message is current
- scheduled content supports the real offer or season
When To Ask For Changes
Ask for changes when:
- the tone feels off
- the image does not fit the brand
- the offer or wording is outdated
- the post says something you would not say publicly
